You Don't Need Another Pivot

This may have been one of my biggest lessons of the summer.

You do not have to jump to the "next big thing" when you have yet to see the last thing fully manifest.

Read that again.

Because sometimes we aren't stuck because we need another idea. We're stuck because we keep abandoning ideas before they have enough time to become what we envisioned.

Intention Is Slower — and Stronger

When you build with intention, you stop asking, “What’s trending?” and start asking, “What’s true?”

True to your values.
True to your capacity.
True to your season.

Intention forces you to define what you’re actually building.

Expect the unexpected. Some opportunities will arrive disguised as disruption, redirection, or delay. Steward this new season well by staying flexible, faithful, and discerning. What’s opening before you may be better than what you planned—and exactly what you need.

Rest doesn’t mean you’ve stopped caring. It means you’re choosing sustainability over survival. You are not behind. You are being preserved.

And preservation is not the opposite of purpose —it is what allows purpose to endure.

As 2025 draws to a close, it leaves behind a trail of moments that stretched us, shaped us, and—whether we realized it or not—strengthened us. This year asked many of us to grow without applause, to endure quietly, and to keep moving even when clarity felt far away. If the year felt heavy at times, know this: heaviness does not mean failure. It often means you were carrying something meaningful.
