UNDERGROUND

In seasons of discouragement, comparison becomes a silent thief. Scrolling through timelines filled with highlight reels can make your current struggle feel even heavier. But remember this—your journey is unique. What’s blooming in someone else’s life doesn’t diminish the seeds planted in yours. You may not see the harvest yet, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t growing beneath the surface. Trust that your timing is divine, and your process is laid out by God.

These chapters often reveal who and what is truly for you. Discouragement has a way of shaking the table—what falls away was never rooted deeply enough to remain. Take inventory of what and who brings you peace versus what drains you. Growth sometimes requires letting go, even when it’s painful. There’s power in pruning—it makes room for healthier things to take root.

Use this time to return to what grounds you. Revisit the words God spoke over you, the promises He whispered when life was lighter. Journal. Pray. Create. Rest. Sometimes, encouragement comes not in doing more, but in doing less—reconnecting with your why and remembering that progress doesn’t always look like movement. Sometimes progress is healing. Sometimes it’s choosing joy in small ways. That matters.

And finally—speak life over yourself. Even in silence, God is working. Even in slow seasons, things are shifting. Your courage to keep going, even when it hurts, is a testimony in motion. This isn’t where your story ends—it’s just a page. Keep turning them. Keep showing up. You are being carried, held, and strengthened in ways you don’t even realize. Beauty is being born from this chapter, too.
